Pre-Configuration Requirements

Installation

A display similar to the following will appear:

The numbers following the “

HWaddr

” subheading for each Ethernet

controller installed (eth0 and eth1 by default) is the MAC address for the
controller.

To activate the Blade Module

Log onto your APM through the serial console interface as root.

Copy your Blade Module license, using the full path as shown:

/var/apm/licenses/data/APM_B_IBMBLADEMODULE.enc

Run the command:

/etc/init.d/tomcat restart
