The upgrade takes a few minutes. It is advisable to not interrupt the upgrade process by closing
the window.



Can I save my current NetGenie configuration for future use i.e. in case of system crash or
change in settings?

Yes, you can take the back-up of your current NetGenie configuration and restore it at a later
stage.
1. Log in to NetGenie with administrator credentials.
2. Go to

Config Manager

3. Click

Export

to download the current configuration of NetGenie appliance.
