The appliance will automatically download the latest firmware available, upgrade the firmware and
reboot the system. This takes a few minutes. It is advisable to not interrupt the upgrade process by
closing the window.

Manual Upgrade

To upgrade NetGenie to the latest firmware manually, follow the steps given below.

1. Download the latest available firmware from:



2. Log in to NetGenie using administrator credentials.
