Seated single leg hamstring stretch
(see Fig. G):
Sit on a yoga mat.
Tuck the right heel into the left leg. Extend your
left leg forward. Do not lock your leg.
Place the product in front of the left leg and
grab it with both hands.
Keep your head in extension of your spine and
your shoulders down.
Hold this pose for a moment.
Perform three sets of 10–15 reps of this pose,
then switch sides.
Twisted triangle pose (see Fig. H):
Take a walking stance. Place the product next
to your left, front foot. Keep your toes facing
forward.
Lean your upper body forward and place your
right hand on the product.
Extend your left arm upward. The two arms
form a line. Look to the side.
Hold this pose for a moment.
Perform three sets of 10–15 reps of this pose,
then switch sides.
Cleaning and care
Use a dry fluff-free cloth when you are cleaning
or polishing the product.
Remove any stubborn dirt using a moist cloth.
Disposal
The packaging is made entirely of recyclable mate-
rials, which you may dispose of at local recycling
facilities.
Contact your local refuse disposal authority for
more details of how to dispose of your worn-out
product.
