2.7 DAILY SHUT-DOWN
1. Turn off
all
controls by pressing the appropriate
buttons.
Refer to electrical schematics in the Reference section
of this manual.
2. Use EMERGENCY STOP button to shut off the
system.
3.
If cleaning solution is to be emptied
, allow solution to
cool down to less than 50
°
C before draining the
solution. This will help to prolong the life of the
heaters.
Refer to plumbing schematics in the “Reference”
section of this manual.
Clean tanks.
WARNING: Use caution when cleaning tanks
because tank walls will remain very HOT for some
time after heaters are turned off.
Close drain valves.

If cleaning solution is not to be emptied
, simply place
lid on tank over solution.
Place lids on all tanks for which lids are supplied.
