Error Message

Recommended Operator Action

Actuator timed out.

[Error #: 15xxx]

This represents a general actuator error and could involve
any of the following: picker, picker wrist, separators, load
ramp, leading edge cylinder, trailing edge cylinder, roller
unload table, unload cups, rotator.

To correct the error:

In the Suspend dialog box on the workstation, click the

Resume

button.

Place the plate on the manual bypass tray.

Press the Start button on the operator interface.

Can’t move picker in when
separators are in.

[Error #: 15303]

The separator arms have not yet moved out.

To correct the error:

Wait a few seconds and then click the

Resume

button.

If the error persists, contact your service representative.

Cassette bay empty.

[Error #: 3029]

The output device expects to find media on the load table,
but none is there.

To correct the error:

Stack the proper media on the load table.

In the Suspend dialog box on the workstation, click the

Resume

button.
