If the following hardware error occurs, any reply packet is not transmitted because the slave
cannot recognize the command packet.

Identifier information: when the communication is normal, the command value in Frame 0 of the
command packet is returned.
(1) Hardware error
An Extended-UART reply packet consists of the address information, the identifier information, the
checksum, and the return value.
