The watchdog is only active during the power-on-self-test of the system and provides a facility to prevent errors during boot up by

the watchdog will be disabled after the first trigger.

, every stage will be executed only once, then the watchdog will be disabled.
If set to
‘Repeated event’
the last stage will be executed repeatedly until a reset occurs.
