MAINTENANCE GUIDE

Procedure

Daily

Weekly

Monthly 60 Days

90 Days

Clean all assemblies and

components thoroughly

Inspect hoses for cracks

and leaks.

Inspect fasteners and

screws.

Check belts. Replace if

excess wear has occurred.

Check to make sure you

have air tool oil.

Motor Maintenace Return

to Factory. Recommended

Yearly.

Operators can perform maintenance tasks once they have been properly

trained. Disconnect the machine from its electrical, pneumatic.

A. BELT DRIVE CLEANING

1. Inspect belt drive before and after each use.

2. Clean after each use, or when necessary.

3. Pressure wash if necessary - do NOT get the electronics wet

B. MOTOR MAINTENANCE

1. Inspect daily, yearly maintenance must be done through factory. Recommended.

2. Check to make sure you have air tool oil (SAE10 or lighter).

C. CHANGE BELTS (Figure 97)

1. Disconnet air when changing or servicing belts.

2. Push rollers together to remove belts.

D. GREASE

1. Use Molley Lithium to grease up/down (qty 2) and side/side (qty 4) shafts (Figure 98).
