The default way ACCESS codecs connect between each other is called BRIC normal. The options in this section
define if and how these connections are completed.

Accept Incoming Connections

- This determines if this ACCESS is to be used for incoming normal IP connections. If

this function is not enabled, ACCESS will only support outgoing calls using BRIC Normal Mode.
