Decode Identicode 2 of 5 symbols. 
The default length is 0, meaning 
variable length.  A Modulo 10 check 
digit (included in the length) is 
required if the second modifier is set 
to 1.  The default is 0 (no check digit).  
If the second modifier is set to 1, the 
check digit is validated and returned.  
If the 25ID option is selected, I2of5 
and 25MX are automatically 
deselected.
