Delay

Input:

ah = 03h

al = 05h
bh = delay value (00h = 250 ms, 01h = 500 ms, 02h = 750

ms, 03h = 1000 ms)

bl = repeat rate (see Notes)

Returns:

Carry Flag clear if successful

Carry Flag set on error

Notes:

This function is standard for an AT BIOS but is
documented here for completeness.

This function adjusts the repeat rate and delay of the
keyboard for the current session.

To set the key repeat rate use the following:

These values are NOT the same as for Interrupt 15h,
Function 10h. Other rates are NOT supported by the
