Disconnect the brush head cover by removing the split pins (1)
5.
Remove the brush head cover from its housing
6.
Undo the rubber-pressing blade securing nuts (2)
7.
Remove the rubber-pressing blade (3)
8.
Rotate or remove the central rubber (4) for replacement
9.
To replace the rubber, proceed in reverse order
ATTENTION: These operations must be carried out using gloves to protect
against contact with dangerous solutions
49. REPLACING THE OUTER RUBBER OF THE BRUSH HEAD COVER SPLASH GUARD
If the splash guard side rubber in the brush head cover is worn and does not dry well, it is possible to
change the drying edge using one of the 4 edges of the rubber.
This operation can be done with the brush head cover removed, proceeding as follows:
1.
Ensure that the electrical system connector is disconnected from the battery connector
2.
Ensure that the main switch is in the “0” position
3.
Check the parking brake is engaged
4.
Disconnect the brush head cover by removing the split pins (1)
5.
Remove the brush head cover from its housing
6.
Undo the rubber-pressing blade securing nuts (2)
7.
Remove the rubber-pressing blade (3)
8.
Remove the central rubber (4)
ATTENTION: These operations must be carried out using gloves to protect
against contact with dangerous solutions
9.
Undo the rubber-pressing blade securing screws (5)
10.
Remove the rubber-pressing blade (6)
11.
Rotate or remove the side rubber (7) for replacement
12.
To replace the rubber, proceed in reverse order

50. REPLACING THE FRONT RUBBER OF THE BRUSH HEAD COVER SPLASH GUARD
If the splash guard front rubber in the brush head cover is worn and does not dry well, it is possible to
change the drying edge using one of the 4 edges of the rubber.
This operation can be done with the brush head cover removed, proceeding as follows:
1.
Ensure that the electrical system connector is disconnected from the battery connector
2.
Ensure that the main switch is in the “0” position
3.
Check the parking brake is engaged
