DAILY MAINTENANCE
After cleaning, replace the squeegee on its support:
1.
Insert the rear pin (1) of the cover in the rear slot of the support (2) in the brush head body, secure it
by means of the split pin (3) previously removed.
2.
Insert the front pin of the cover in the front slot of the support in the brush head body, secure it by
means of the split pin previously removed.
3.
Finally, insert the squeegee hose in its sleeve and secure it by means of the clamp (4).
ATTENTION: These operations must be carried out using gloves to protect
against contact with dangerous solutions
ATTENTION: These operations must be performed for both the right-hand side
cover and the left-hand side cover
In operation, the rear rubber and central rubber must operate slightly bent outwards by about 5 mm evenly
over their entire length.
If it is necessary to increase the curvature of the rubbers, you must to tilt the brush head cover by
loosening the nut (1) and turning the handwheel (2) clockwise to raise the rubbers from the ground.
ATTENTION: Before performing any maintenance, remove the keys from the
panel and disconnect the battery connector of the machine.
39. CLEANING THE SOLUTION TANK FILTER
Careful cleaning of the detergent/water solution filter ensures a better working capacity. Proceed as
follows for cleaning:
1.
Ensure that the electrical system connector is disconnected from the battery connector
2.
Ensure the main switch key is set to “0”
3.
Check the parking brake is engaged
4.
Open the filler cap (1)
5.
Disconnect the clean water drain hose (2) from its housing at the rear of the machine, unscrew the
cap and empty the tank.
6.
Close the water tap (3)
7.
Unscrew the filter at the front of the machine.
8.
Remove the internal filter cartridge and rinse everything thoroughly with running water.
9.
Reassemble all the elements.
