Disassemble the hydraulic cylinder

by unscrewing the guide piece



Remove the piston guiding



Draw the piston rod upwards out

of the guide piece and replace the

sealing elements

Use original spare parts only

Lifted load lowers too

slowly

temperature is too low - hydraulic oil is too

viscous

Warm up

soiled filter for return flow (lowering valve)

Clean

Disposal:
After placing out of service, the pallet truck parts must be disposed of or

recycled in accordance with legal provisions.
