Disabling OFF/ON time

The display OFF function can be disabled by setting both the OFF
and ON time to the same value, such as 00:00. This will disable the
OFF mode.

Note: In Auto ON/OFF mode, when the display ON/OFF is
disabled, the ambient light will control whether the display is ON
or OFF.
