GARANZIA
I prodotti
COITECH
sono garantiti per un periodo
di 12 mesi (comunque in funzione della legge
vigente) a partire dal giorno in cui è stata effettuata
la fornitura.
Tutte le parti accertate difettose di materiale o di
lavorazione, saranno sostituite gratuitamente, fran-
co nostro
stabilimento.
Altre richieste dovute a danni per usura, sporcizia,
manipolazioni incompetenti, ecc., saranno respinte
da
COI TECH
, come pure ulteriori garanzie
contrattuali.
Qualsiasi reclamo relativo alla merce giunta in
quantità o esecuzione diversa da quella ordinata,
dovrà pervenire a
COITECH
per iscritto al
massimo entro 10 giorni dal ricevimento del
materiale.

WARRANTY
COITECH
products are guaranteed for 12 months
(subject to applicable laws and regulations)
from the
date of delivery.
Any parts found to be defective in respect of mate-
rials or manufacture will be replaced free of charge,
carriage payable.
COI TECH
declines liability for other claims due to
dam-age caused by wear and tear, dirt, improper
han-dling or treatment, etc., and for any claims
alleging
any other contractual warranty.
Any complaint that the quantity or manufacture of
goods delivered does not match the goods ordered
must be made in writing and reach
COITECH
no
more than 10 days after receipt thereof.
