MOVE (ERASE ORG)
– the selected drink is moved to the destination button but
the original button is erased to facilitate adding a simple drink such as hotwater
manually. Most of the more complex drinks would probably be copied from other
drinks for instance a Café Latte might use an existing Cappuccino drink as a
template.
23. To move or copy a drink

Press the ENTER key on the MOVE OR COPY DRINK menu.

The Display will show,
SELECT DRINK TO
MOVE OR COPY

Press the key of the drink that you wish to move or copy. Once you have done so
the keyboard led of that drink will remain illuminated.

The display will now show,
PLEASE SELECT
DESTINATION

Press the key that you want the selected drink to be moved or copied to. The
destination key will now flash and the display shows…

SWAP DRINKS

The bottom line of the display shows the currently selected procedure. Using the

(UP) and

(DOWN) keys you can choose from the options explained above
namely SWAP DRINKS, COPY DRINK and MOVE (ERASE ORG). Once you are
happy with the selection press ENTER to confirm or ESCAPE to cancel.
24. NOTE: If there is an ALT or GO_LARGE key assigned to a button an extra step will be
required. As soon as you press ENTER on the MOVE OR COPY DRINK menu the display
will show…

REGULAR->REGULAR

Press

(UP),

(DOWN), ENTER (SELECT) and ESCAPE keys to select the
appropriate option. There are four possible options to choose from.

REGULAR->REGULAR
– Copies a regular sized drink to another regular drink
position.

REGULAR->LARGE
– Copies a regular drink to a large drink position. This is often
used so a regular drink can act like a template for a larger one.

LARGE->LARGE
– Copies a large sized drink to another large sized drink position.

LARGE->REGULAR
– Copies a large drink to a regular drink’s position.

Once an option is selected the process becomes exactly the same as when an ALT
or GO LARGE key has not been asserted.
