7.9.4
Lift the transformer until the 9/16 inch hole is aligned with the hole in the
base frame. Insert a ½ - 13 UNC x 1.25 cap screw with flat washer
through the holes. Apply Loctite 271 threadlocker.
7.9.5
Thread a ½ - 13 UNC nut with flat washer and lock washer onto the ½ - 13
cap screw.
7.9.6
Tighten all fasteners in accordance with Sea Tel Procedure 122305.
7.10
Connect the female socket plug from the A/C circuit breaker pigtail cable into the
male pin receptacle on the transformer. Thread the retaining nut of the plug
tightly onto the receptacle thread.
7.11
Connect the male pin plug from the Dometic Air Conditioner pigtail cable into the
female socket receptacle on the transformer. Thread the retaining nut of the plug
tightly onto the receptacle thread.
7.12
Close up all opened panels, replacing with identical fasteners as required.
8.0 Records:

All training records to be held by HR.
8.2
Sea Tel service personnel shall report this upgrade as provided in the service
department procedures.
9.0 Training:
9.1
All personnel involved in execution of this procedure/process shall be retrained and
certified as deemed necessary by the appropriate cell or management supervisor.
