PURFIKT SPA -
SAFE HANDLING / UNLOADING INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION!
•
Use 6" wide straps that are at least 30 feet in length to support the base
of the spa during lifting.
• Ensure the straps are in good working condition prior to unloading the spa
(ie. No rips, wear or tear)
• Add an Insert Support (see diagram below). In-place them along the straps
to prevent the Lightbox during lift.
•
Ensure the straps & inserts are evenly spaced at 12" from each end (see
diagram below). Spacing the straps may require slight adjustments
to ensure the load is balanced.
• The chains attached to the crane must be a minimum of 18 feet in length
from the point of lifting. Using chains smaller than 18 feet will add stress to
the outer lip of the spa and may result in damage.
•
Using the appropriately weighted straps and chains is important to ensure
the safe handling of the PURFIKT Spa. Please consult your crane
operator for more information.
Note: Damage during transportation or from mishandling or improper lifting is not covered by the
CSMI Warranty.
Note: Never lift or handle the spa by the plumbing or equipment.
