INSTALL DIAGONAL AWNING SUPPORTS

Consult the Awning Detail diagram in the Quick Start

section of these instructions for an overview.
1. On the awning side of the frame, attach a

LAB166C38H awning bracket to the underside of

the horizontal awning support. Use two (2) 107796

box bolts. See box bolt installation diagrams in

the column to the right.

Position the bracket

approximately 6" back from the conduit in the

awning cover. Mark bracket position, then drill

the 9/16" mounting holes. Position bracket over

mounting holes, insert box bolts and tighten.

2. Next, attach the 166P048DD awning pipe to the

bracket using a 3/8" x 2 1/2" bolt (FAG361B), flat

washers (FAME52B), and 3/8" nut (FALB04B).

3. Swing the pipe back toward the rafter support post

to mark the position of the remaining LAB166C38H

awning bracket. Secure the bracket to the support

post using two 105565 lag screws and two FAME54B

washers. Align bracket with bracket on awning pipe.

4. Connect the diagonal support pipe to the bracket

using a 3/8" x 2 1/2" bolt (FAG361B), flat washers

(FAME52B), and 3/8" nut (FALB04B). Tighten all

connections.

5. Repeat these steps to install all diagonal awning

supports.

Hold box bolt collar with a

wrench and tighten
