SETTING THE POSTS

Set each corner post. Remember to drive the rebar

into the pre-drilled holes of the posts if this has not

been completed.

Verify that the distance between the corner posts is

equal and secure the posts in the holes by adding

backfill and tamping in place.

Consult an engineer to

determine the best material to use for backfill based

on the soil conditions. Check the diagrams in the

Quick Start section for spacing and required height.

Repeat the steps to prepare and set all remaining

support posts. Consult diagrams as needed.

After setting the posts, attach the post headers

between the support posts along the awning side

using 6X6HB header brackets. See the Connection
