EXPLODED END FRAME DIAGRAM - DOOR END
Position the angled brackets (#QH1330) as shown.
Attach
angled
brackets to the frame
using T
ek
screws.
Drill two (2) 9/16" holes through 3.5" x 3.5" ground posts using holes in vertical post as guides.
Attach vertical door frame members to ground posts using 1/2" x 5 1/2" hex cap bolts and lock nuts.

pre-drilled. Drill tubing during assembly

1.
Place the 105351 brackets on the 104260 header tube, mark hole locations and drill 9/16" holes. Do not attach at this time.
2.
Insert one R
VT40EWCS2 into each
S40P197G13 4" x 4" post.
3.
Move to the bottom of each S40P197G13 tube and drill two 1/2" mounting holes in center of each tube. Position holes 2" and 4" from end of post on center line. See diagrams.
4.
Set the S40P197G13 posts in place, verify door dimensions, attach upper end to end rafter
, and bolt lower end to
ground posts.
5.
Attach remaining frame members.
ATTENTION:
Install two

backside of
door jamb into

VT40EWCS2 insert after
frame is fully assembled.
