SECURE END PANEL TO FRAME INSTRUCTIONS
1. After cutting door opening, secure panel to door frame as shown below.
NOTE:
For exposed corners of door frame that remain after wrapping panel around frame members, cut a 16" x 16"
piece of material
from the scrap end panel material
and secure the piece to the exposed framing.
ATTENTION:
DO NOT secure end panel to inside or backside of door frame tubes.
Some door kits use this surface
for tracks and brackets. View above shows back or inside surface of rafter as seen when standing inside assembled
frame.
2. After securing end panel to door frame, install door according to instructions included with door.
NOTE:
If desired and depending on application, bottom portion of end panel can be pulled under frame tube and
secured to base tube as shown above. Or, as mentioned, bottom edge of end panel can be allowed to run along the
end wall to help direct runoff away from building. Bottom skirt can also be buried along base tube.
3. After installing door according to manufacturer's instructions, reattach main cover bonnet, or install main cover if this
has not been done. Consult Ratchet Relocation diagram to install ratchets for main cover bonnet.
Actual door and end
frame may differ from
what is shown in this
example.
