7. Thread one end of strap through slit, around conduit,
and back to ratchet.
8. Align strap ends and insert both ends into slot in the
center hub of ratchet.
9. Tighten slightly and repeat steps for remaining straps
and ratchets.
10. Verify that panel is in the desired position and evenly
tighten ratchets to stretch end panel toward base rail.
NOTE:
Do not overtighten ratchets.
If strap is too long
and binds up in ratchet, loosen ratchet, cut strap to
length, and retighten.
11. After tightening horizontal end panel conduit, continue
by installing the vertical PVC conduits for the end
panel.
This procedure is for an end panel that is without
an overhead door.
ATTENTION:
If you are installing an end frame and
panel that includes an overhead door, skip to and
complete the Cut Door Opening procedure.
There are
no vertical PVC conduits for an end panel that includes
an overhead door.

End Frame and Panel – No Overhead Door: Install
Vertical PVC End Panel Conduits
If your end wall includes an overhead door,
skip this
procedure
and complete the Cut Door Opening procedure.
NOTE:
Attach PVC conduits to vertical frame members of
the end wall using straps.
1. Take two 10' PVC conduits, seat sections together,
secure joint with a Tek screw or PVC glue and wrap
with duct tape. Slide assembled conduit into one
vertical pocket.
NOTE:
PVC glue can be used to secure each PVC
joint. PVC glue (shown)
is not included and is supplied
by the customer
. The PVC is flexible enough to feed up
from the bottom and into end panel pocket.
2. At approximately every two (2) feet, cut a 6" vertical slit
(or notch) in the end panel vertical conduit pocket.
Frame shown differs
from actual frame.
ATTENTION:
DO NOT cut through end panel.
