END WALL FRAMING KITS

END FRAME INSTALLATION (CONTINUED)
ASSEMBLE END FRAME
After ground posts are set, assemble remainder of end
frame.*
• Angled bracket (#QH1330) and FA4484B Tek screws
• 4" x 4" square tubing
• Square end wall cap (#RVT40EWCS2)
• Mounting bracket (#105351)
• Hex cap bolt and nut (#104188B & FALB08B)
*Refer to End Frame diagrams for locations of door framing
and connecting hardware.
Complete following steps:
1. Using dimensions on End Frame diagrams and the
4" x 4" square tubing
, related hardware, and connectors,
assemble door frame of end wall.
See Figure 1 (above) to properly position the Tek screws.
NOTE:
Consult the Exploded End Frame Diagram to properly position and connect brackets.
2. Repeat steps to assemble remaining end framing using 1.50" x 1.50" square tubing and related connectors.
Use the
FA4484B Tek screws to secure base rail to end frame and end rafter.
3. Repeat procedures to assemble remaining end frame if equipped.
4. After assembling end frame, install end panel if equipped.
