PRE-WORK PREPARATION

OPERATORS MANUAL -  HYBRID - M3, M4, M4R, M4.8 & M6

The Claydon Drill can be mounted onto any CATIIIN or CATIVN compatible three point linkage with the 
linkage pins supplied.  

Once the drill is attached and at the correct working depth, the top link should be set at an angle in which 
the convergence point between the upper and lower link arms should fall at the front axle (

). This can be 

achieved by altering the top link pin attachment points on the tractor and drill. This ensures stability and the 
mass of the implement is used correctly.

Connecting the Drill to the Tractor

2. Screen communication cable to RDS box 

3. Electrical power cables to tractor battery terminals

ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS

Mount the RDS ISOCAN Control Unit in a position in the cab easily visible and within reach from the driving 
position. 

Connect the main power cable supplied with the RDS ISOCAN Control Unit directly to the battery terminals 

on the tractor. Run the screen communication cable to the tractor cab by a safe route so that it can’t be 
caught or snagged.
