 Maintenance and Adjustment

Adjusting the Squeegee Assembly Angle

• 

The rear squeegee blade should be adjusted so that there is a gentle deflection to the rear across the 

entire blade while traveling in the forward direction.  This deflection places the edge of the squeegee 

blade in the proper position for “wiping” the floor nearly dry.  Proper deflection is between 1/4 and 1/2 

inch.

•  To adjust the angle of the squeegee assembly, turn the squeegee angle adjust knob.

Turn the knob clockwise to increase the deflection on the ends of the squeegee.

Turn the knob counter-clockwise to increse the deflection in the center of the squeegee.
