If the Lua Instruction Threshold is set to 2000 and the internal threshold is 50%, this alarm will
occur when the script has executed 1000 Lua instructions.
This alarm warns that the resources (either memory or Lua instructions) have crossed an internal mark,
where investigation into the consumption of those resources may be advisable to ensure the health of the
script.
