11.3 Fault and Troubleshooting on the LCD screen
Before you contact our after-sales service center, you are able to find most faults and solutions in
Table 11-1 for troubleshooting. There are three categories of fault alert statuses: Warn, Protect and
Fault. When there is a “Warn”, the system only reminds customers of the problem while it doesn’t
change the operation mode. When there is a “Protect”, the system will turn into fault mode and
turn to normal operation when the “Protect” disappears. When there is a “Fault”, the system will
stop working and remain standby until the system is reset or the inverter is repaired to eliminate
the fault. For system resetting, manually shutdown the inverter through LCD, and disconnect the
PV DC circuit breaker. Then execute discharging, wait for 5s and turn on the grid circuit breaker
to execute the first system transmission again.
