6.7 Alarm Specifications
(1) Alarm Type
The following are the types of alarm and examples of
activation/reset of alarm.

* Combination of the alarm is described as “Alarm type”. Alarm
type of this product is upper limit/lower limit alarm.
Each alarm status (“L”alarm and “H” alarm) is described as
“Alarm level”.
(2) Alarm Deadband
Alarms are activated when input values become
alarm setting values (lower limit value or less/
upper limit value or more), and they are reset
when input values returns to the values just before
the alarm setting values.
The difference is called “Alarm deadband” which is
indicated with % of scale width (measuring range).
It is set to 0.4% for this product.
