8 Connect the fibers
to the SFP transceiver. Listen for the “click” to ensure that
it is fully inserted.
9 Remove the tie wrap securing the cable to the gland.
Note:
A new tie wrap must be used to secure the cable to the gland at the
end of the procedure, as described in Step 13.
10 Connect the connector into the IP-20S LC connector.
11 Tighten the gland to the radio unit until there is full contact between the gland
and the radio unit.
