4. Manual operation
4.1. HPTLC plate / plate holder / foil holder
The plate-holder is designed to attach and handle the HPTLC
plates in the ADC2. When inserting a plate into the plate holder
the
TLC
layer side must be facing the user (the text ‘LAYER’).

Important: After being clamped, the HPTLC plate must be
positioned as shown - stop position (1) and the edges of
the holder (2) do not overlap the glass plate
