Lock long-distance calls via Telecom and enable other carriers for long-distance, international
and satellite calls
In the example long-distance calls via Telecom are locked, the first carrier (01) is enabled for long-distance
and international calls and the second carrier (02) for satellite calls.
A. Fill in the table of prefixes to be locked (0 for all local and long-distance calls, 0088 for all satellite
calls).
