DISABLING TELEPHONES FROM MAKING OUTGOING TELEPHONE
CALLS

This personalisation defines which telephones can use the outside telephone line to make outgoing calls.
In basic programming conditions all the extensions are enabled to use the outside line.

The personalisation procedure is the following:
