4.2 SETTING ANSWERING MACHINE AND MODEM/FAX
Devices such as answering machine, Fax or modem must be so programmed that the exchange can
recognise them. Using the macrocommand the devices can only be positioned on the outlets indicated in
the table.
Detailed programming is necessary to program the devices on other extensions (see personalisation of
house-automation scenarios chapter).

Lift the receiver

key, you will hear the start-dialling tone
Type:

Dial the password (e.g. base

After the start-dialling tone type the Macrocommand:

After hearing the confirmation tone hang up
