3.5 DIRECT ACCESS TO THE OUTSIDE TELEPHONE LINE

This command can activate or deactivate direct access to the outside telephone line of all the telephones
enabled for outgoing calls.
With the “direct access to the outside telephone line” activated (basic configuration), connection to the
telephone line occurs by just lifting the receiver of the enabled telephones.

If the mode is deactivated, lifting the receiver of the enabled telephones you will hear the internal dialling
tone. To connect with the outside telephone line use codes 0 or 91.

Warning: only with touch-tone telephones. The programming is valid for all the telephones.

Programming to deactivate direct access

1.

lift the receiver

2.

press the R key, wait for the start-dialling tone

3.

dial 980

4.

dial the password (4 numbers) and wait for the dial tone

5.

dial 10 to deactivate the service

6.

confirm by pressing the R key

7.

after receiving the confirmation tone hang up.

Programming to activate direct access

dial 980

dial the password (4 numbers) and wait for the dial tone

dial 11 to activate the service
