Basic Commands

Procedures that can be initiated from SamplePro hr-MAS include:

"Insert Sample"

"Eject Sample"

During a sample transfer:

•

The container information fields will be continuously updated to the present status. 

•

The status bars on the button bar and the bottom of the system program will show 

Automation Running

. When the transfer is complete the status will change to 

Ready

.

When a transfer procedure begins, the system immediately locks the door, whereas the 
lock is graphically displayed in the System View:

The safety door will be unlocked when the transfer is complete.

Note

: During the transfer procedure the current position of the rotor can be viewed in the 

System View. As the rotor proceeds through the system the four positions (

Figure 10.1

) 

will light and show the rotor ID. This transfer procedure can be very fast and almost 
invisible on the screen.
