Preparación de la pared para introducir el altavoz
Siga con atención los pasos que se indican a continuación para garantizar un buen resultado final.
PRECAUCIÓN:
ahora es un buen momento para reconsiderar si se siente seguro para
realizar la instalación. Si tiene alguna duda sobre cómo cortar o instalar los cables detrás de
la pared, es preferible que se detenga aquí. Puede ponerse en contacto con un instalador
profesional, describirle el trabajo y pedir un presupuesto antes de contratar sus servicios.
ADVERTENCIA:
si cree que el aislamiento de la pared puede contener amianto,
no corte la
pared.
Busque otro lugar para instalar el altavoz.
Utilización de la plantilla por segunda vez
Necesitará
un nivel de carpintero, un lápiz afilado
y cinta adhesiva (opcional)
con la
plantilla para completar este paso.
1.
Coloque la plantilla con cuidado encima del orificio de prueba en el que desea instalar
uno de los altavoces.
2.
Asegúrese de que la plantilla esté nivelada (Figura 22).

Pegue o sujete la plantilla firmemente en su sitio mientras dibuja los laterales y la parte
superior de la parte “WHITE CUT OUT AREA” (superficie blanca recortable).
4.
Dibuje una línea de puntos con ayuda de las ranuras de la parte inferior de la “WHITE
CUT OUT AREA”, para determinar el lugar de la parte inferior del orificio.
5.
Retire la plantilla.
Para los
altavoces redondos
, puede que desee doblar las lengüetas pequeñas situadas a
ambos lados del área de corte principal hacia adentro antes de colocar la plantilla en la
pared o el techo.
Para instalar los
altavoces redondos en el techo
no es necesario utilizar un nivel.
