Only in case of a model with the STO function
The quick stop parameter is the time the inverter needs to brake from the
maximum frequency (1.021) to 0 Hz.
If the quick stop time cannot be observed, the quickest possible braking time
is implemented.
The quick stop is activated when the value of DIG.IN.5 is 0V.
