Cards
The Flynet indicator has the possibility to interface with different readers, the available readers are
listed on page 57 paragraph 5.2.3.
Type of
card
Cb
The "CB" coding is used in the badge cards supplied by
Cooperativa Bilanciai; these cards are composed in such
a way as to have an initial check digit which allows the
master indicator to prevent the weighing to all badges
which do not have an initial check digit equal to that
established during the card initialisation phase.
Neutral
Neutral encoding allows the management of various
cards, which is why the master indicator, in this case,
allows choosing whether to accept all the characters of
the card or only accept characters from - to, the
terminator character must be
“CR”.
Tax Code
The "Tax Code" coding allows managing the tax codes
on the health card. It uses the data read in the barcode
of the card. (used in special applications)
Encoded Tax Code (32
characters)
The "Encoded Tax Code" coding allows managing the
tax codes on the health card. It uses the data read in the
band strip of the card. (used in special applications)
Timeout(sec) Indicates the pause time between code readings.
Time interval Enable or disable the timeout (interval) between readings.
Length
Length of the code that will be read by the reader.
From
position
It is possible to indicate from which digit the barcode is to be read; the first character
or digit corresponds to the position 0 (zero).
Automatic
weighing
operation
Enable or disable automatic printing immediately after the card acquisition by the
reader.
Initial control
code
It allows defining the initial code from which the transcoding will start.
All badges that do not meet this characteristic are not accepted. Only used in "CB”
code types. (example: initial check digit 8)
Creating
input
weighing
operation
with card
Enable or disable the creation of an input RCD by passing a card with code not
associated with an operation. Using the same card it is possible to carry out the
output weighing. The RCD archive must be configured for operation with
alphanumeric codes or plate.
At the end of the card encoding settings, it is possible to check its operation from the test area; use
the configured reader to read the card, the indicator will simply display the code read. Otherwise,
check the settings of the reader and cards.
