5.2.1.2 Stamping management

Allows you to set the standard and the type of stamping.

STANDARDS

Not Legal

It allows deciding whether the scale is to be used for
legal purposes (e.g. commercial transactions with verification by the component
metrology
inspector), or for internal purposes. When enabled, it is not possible to change
sensitive data about the scale unless the hardware or software metric seal is
removed. If the indicator is approved, it is possible to display the data but not
change them. When one of the standards is applied, it is shown on the main scale
configuration page.

European

TYPE OF STAMPING

Hardware

The calibration button temporarily disables the operation in legal mode. To
temporarily disable stamping, enter the Scale Configuration page and press the
calibration button. When the indicator is stamped, the page has a red background,
once the seal is removed it turns white.

Software

The metrological password temporarily disables the operation in legal mode. To
temporarily disable stamping, enter the stamping management page and press the

icon

, then the page for entering the metrological password will

open.
