Steering wheel fails to return to neutral position
Hard abrasion or blocking up in
steering column mechanical com-
ponents
Stop abrasion in the steering column, for which per-
form the following:
- loosen upper nut;
- lubricate friction surfaces of plastic bushings;
- eliminate contact of universal-joint yoke with
steering column bracket walls
Steering wheel goes on rotating after turning
Gripping of sleeve with the spool
(possible due to dirt accumulation)
Contact the dealer. Rinse of dosing-pump compo-
nents is required. Assembly and check of operability
shall be performed only by maintenance department
in accordance with manufacturer’s instruction

Spool recentering springs of dos-
ing pump have lost spring power or
broken
Contact the dealer. Replacement of springs, assem-
bly and check of operability shall be performed only
by maintenance department in accordance with man-
ufacturer’s instruction

Steering column spline drive and
dosing pump are mounted out-of-
line (cardan shaft end thrust) or
with insufficient clearance
Release the cardan shaft.
To increase the clearance, mount additional washers
with thickness not more than 1.5 mm between the
dosing pump and steering column bracket
Permanent adjustment of steering wheel is required (steering wheel fails to follow
the selected direction)
