Local safe inputs and outputs of the EK1960
An alias device must also be created for the local safe inputs and outputs of the EK1960. To do this, a new
alias device is created and the EK1960 selected via
Add New item
. The name of the alias device can be
freely assigned.

Linking Mode
must be set to
Local
. The result of this is that all settings that
are not relevant for this mode are grayed out.
