8.1.5 SCB-10 alarm codes
An alarm code is a temporary heat pump status, resulting from the
detection of an anomaly. If an alarm code still remains after several
automatic start-up attempts, the system goes into fault mode.
When one of the following codes is displayed and the hybrid system
cannot restart automatically, contact a maintenance technician.

A00.32 Outside temperature sensor is either removed or measures a temperature below range
A00.33 Outside temperature sensor is either shorted or measures a temperature above range
A00.34 Outside temperature sensor was expected but not detected
A00.73 Buffer Tank Outside temperature sensor was expected but not detected
A02.00 Reset In Progress
A02.15 External CSU Timeout
A02.18 Object Dictionary Error:

8.2 Accessing the error memory
The error and fault codes are listed together in the memory.
1. Access the menus by pressing the two keys on the right
simultaneously.
2. Select the Malfunction menu by pressing the key.
3. Select the PCB by pressing the or key. The icon appears.
Confirm the PCB selection by pressing the key: the PCB name
appears.
Important
The Er:xxx parameter flashes. 000 corresponds to the number of
stored errors.
4. Go to the error details by pressing the key.
