cards.

The signal grounds of the RS232 and RS485 interfaces are connected to one anoth-
er.

The +5 V on pin 2 of the X2 sub-D socket of the b maXX safe PLC module are only
intended for the supply of external Baumüller RS485/RS232 converters and may
not be bypassed or connector to one another in a ring.
