In TACV/P, the current is sampled at the end of each half-cycle. One variation of
TACV/P is DTACV/P (D = Differential), in which a different current sampling
routineis used in order to eliminate the charging current (Figure 10-25 and Figure 10-
26). However, the non-linear relationship between the charging current and the
applied potential may preclude complete subtraction. Therefore, the detection limits
of DTACV/P may not be as low as those of other differential techniques (e.g.,
DPV/P).
