Ultrasound Hardware Failure
Reboot the system.

Probe Disconnect Error
If applicable, ensure the probe is securely connected to the system. See
Section 3.3.

Error Code
EC:101
System temperature too high
Shut down the system and allow to cool.

System plays a sound
every minute.
Low Battery Connect system to power for continued operation and to recharge battery.

Battery Error
Connect AC adapter for operation. Ensure the battery switch is in the “

position
(Section 4).

Power Problem
System will not turn on or turns
on but immediately turns off
1. Press and hold the power switch for at least 2 seconds to turn the
system on.
2. Connect the system to AC power for operation and to recharge the
battery.

A/C adapter indicator

when A/C power is

Connection Error
1. Unplug the AC adapter and plug it back into the system.
2. Restart the system if necessary.

System Does Not Charge Battery Charging Failure
1. Unplug the AC adapter and plug it back into the system.
2. To charge the battery in temperatures exceeding 32°C, the system may
need to be turned off.

USB Storage Device Error
The USB storage device may be full or may not be a compatible USB storage
device. Replace the USB storage device.

Hard Drive Error
Restart the system.
