Operating Instructions
Check that the power cord is plugged into the power supply located at the back of the carriage and into an
operational wall power outlet. The tablet power connection will be plugged into the quilting machine.
NOTE
: If the Pro-Stitcher Lite power cable is unplugged from the carriage or wall outlet, the tablet
will continue to run on battery power until the charge has be used up.
Power on Pro-Stitcher Lite
• Press the power switch on the Pro-Stitcher Lite carriage. (The O position indicates off and the –
position indicates on.)
• Press the power switch on the HQ Moxie. (The O position indicates off and the – position indicates
on.)
• Press the power switch on the tablet.
Shut Down Pro-Stitcher Lite
• Choose the File Tab. Then choose the Shut Down button. Choose Shut Down from the drop-down
menu. This shuts down both the Pro-Stitcher Lite software and the tablet.
• Press the machine power switch off.
• Press the Pro-Stitcher Lite carriage power switch off.

IMPORTANT
: If you don’t see the Shut Down button, press the power switch on the tablet
computer to continue shutting down the Pro-Stitcher Lite computer.

IMPORTANT
: If you leave the Pro-Stitcher Lite tablet powered on with the power cord unplugged,
the tablet will begin running off battery power. The tablet will shut down when no battery power
remains.

IMPORTANT
: If the Pro-Stitcher Lite computer is left on for a long period of time, the screen may
turn black and enter a sleep mode. Tap the screen to turn on the screen again. It may be necessary
to drag a finger upward on the start-up screen to access Pro-Stitcher Lite.
