2. The blue Flexirack and the black gear need to be
aligned with one another. The blue Flexirack will
be mounted to the FRONT of the table. Starting
at one end of the table, begin mounting the blue
Flexirack to the front of the table while aligning
it to the front black gear on the Pro-Stitcher Lite
carriage.
NOTE
: Once you align the blue Flexirack with
the center of the black gear, you may find it
helpful to measure the distance between the
blue Flexirack and the track support. With
this dimension, you can create a spacer to
aid you in keeping the blue Flexirack straight
the entire length of the table.
3. Use the carriage or spacer as a guide and align
the blue Flexirack with the black gear along the
length of the table. While moving across the
length of the table, remove the pink protective
layer a little at a time and press downward on
the blue Flexirack.
4. Double-check the alignment of the carriage
black gear with the blue Flexirack by rolling the
carriage along the entire length of the table.
Adjust as necessary to ensure the Flexirack and
the gear are aligned.
